FAQ

1. How do I download my artwork?

Immediately after purchase you will be able to download a PDF with instructions and a link to download your artwork files. That link will take you to a Dropbox folder where you can select the size of print you want and download it. I walk you through the whole process in this tutorial.

2. How do I print my artwork?

There are a variety of online and local print services you can use to print your artwork. Here are a list of my favorites. I've even included a tutorial walking you through step-by-step you how to upload and order prints with my favorite (and most affordable) printer I've found.

3. How large can I print my artwork?

We provide large, high resolution files for every print (e.g. 24x36 inches). On the rare occasion that you you are doing an oversized project that requires an even larger file, feel free to email us at willowandpineprints@gmail.com and we will do our best to get you what you need. However, since we use reproductions of authentic vintage artwork, there may be sizing limitations based on the size of the original work.

4. Can I resize the artwork to fit a custom frame?

We provide all the most common standard print sizes for each print to make it incredibly easy for you. However, if you need a print at a custom size, I teach you how to resize the print to any size using Photopea or Canva (both free tools). You can also pick the closest option and crop the photo to your selected print size using your online print service's website (e.g. Nation's Photo Lab).

5. What sizes do you include for each digital download?

We include the following standard print sizes for each print unless otherwise noted:

  • 5"x7"
  • 8"x10"
  • 9"x12"
  • 11"x14"
  • 16"x20"
